THE SYSTEM:
ADJUSTABbench is part of the Kewaunee Evolution family, the industry’s best-of-breed flexible workstation system and a virtual industry standard. It’s cantilever design has proven itself for decades as ideal for all types of lab and technology work environments….electronics, pharmaceutical, biotech, test/assembly, engineering, data centers, industrial, including ESD (static control) and cleanroom applications.

ADJUSTABench FLEXIBILITY:
The height range of the worksurface is 28″ – 44″. The control system provides three pre-sets as well as independent up/down control. The vertical columns travel vertically, so accessories like shelves, lights, drawers, power strips, etc. all move together, maintaining consistent reach patterns. The modular design allows for easy re-configurations of individual benches. For example, add a shelf, swap a light fixture for a storage compartment, re-work drawer configurations, etc.

ADJUSTABench™ PERFORMANCE:
With a 1,000 lb. load capacity, ADJUSTAbench is designed for long-term performance in the most rigorous work environments. Its almost silent operation is appreciated by users and their neighbors.

ADJUSTABench™ DURABILITY:
The rigid extruded aluminum vertical support columns are rated at 2,400 lbs of shear strength. Shelf ratings are 150-500 lbs. Unlike most tech furniture manufacturers, Kewaunee’s powder coat finish on its metal components meets SEFA8 standards for corrosion resistance, making it ideal for virtually any environment, including “wet” chemical labs.

ADJUSTABench™ CONFIGURATIONS:
Standard independent or linked workstations have 76″h columns. 30″h and 36″h columns are available for benches without above worksurface accessories. Double-sided and mobile workstations are standard models, each available in a variety of widths, depths and heights. Corner units, peninsulas and other accessories make Evolution ideal for involved configurations, including linear rows, L-shaped and U-shaped layouts.

THE EVOLUTION “LOOK”:
The Evolution™ product family has the strongest aesthetics of any lab/tech workstation system available. Yes, this may be a subjective viewpoint, but consider that most systems on the market that attempt to replicate its flexiblity used ‘slotted post’ vertical supports that are inherently less stylish than the smooth contours of Evolution’s columns. Looks aren’t everything, but when aesthetics count, and don’t cost more (usually less) why not have the best?

• Power strips, height adjustable, 15A or 20A

• Lighting: overhead task, under shelf fixed, magnifier on articulating arm

• Keyboard trays: multiple styles for under worksurface or shelves, or on articulating arms

COLORS:
There are 3 color elements on ADJUSTABench™: The laminate worksurface, the metal powder coat finish (paint) and the vertical column laminate accent strip.

Note: ESD laminate is available in Dove Gray and Natural Almond only. Their matching paint colors are Dove Gray and Sand Tan.
